Yet another one hour painting. I found this one more difficult because I didn't have much to go on. There wasn't as much substance, so it was difficult for me to decide what to focus on.

I'm thinking about revisiting each one hour digital painting I do for 113b, and adding my own spin on it. whether it be fantasy, sci-fi, etc. at least it might stretch my imagination. This one is pretty simple, my next one I hope to be a little more ambitious.

I decided to focus less on getting the details exactly right, and more on creating believable lighting. I didn't quite get there, but I feel myself getting closer.

guess it's time to start learning how to paint all over again...

Never tried to digitally paint photo-realistically before. It's really hard for me. anyways, this is about an hour and a half. It's gonna be an educational semester if nothing else.
